Health Equity Strategist

Are you interested in building organizational capacity to address 健康 inequities as well as normalizing and operationalizing 健康 equity? Are you interested in developing and implementing an organizational strategy, including projects and initiatives?  This position centers on collaboration to strengthen systems to promote equity.

Education and Experience

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in 公共卫生, 社会工作, 健康, 健康 care administration, or other relevant field, OR a combination of equivalent experience and education.
• A minimum of seven years of experience, 证明能力, 和技能在一个健康, 公共卫生, 人类服务, or other relevant setting.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for working directly in communities and implementing solutions to address 健康 disparities and barriers to 健康 equity.

The Health Equity Strategist:

• Develops and implements a comprehensive organizational 健康 equity plan aligned with organizational priorities, incorporating data-driven assessments, and strategies for improvement.
• Integrates strategies to advance 健康 equity and racial justice throughout community 健康 efforts.
• 分析, 文档, 报告, and recommends solutions to disparities in 健康 outcomes, 根本原因, and identifies or develops strategies to address them.
